Mad About The Boy

In a run-down Northern town, virginal 15-year old Heidi’s best friend sets her up on a date with a boy she likes but she is horrified to find out he only agreed to it because he has been told Heidi will have sex with him. Her dream date turns into a heart-breaking and gut-wrenching ordeal when his gang force her to do it.
A gritty and heart-breaking  coming-of-age story made with warmth and compassion in the deprived areas of Northumberland.

The film was Written and Directed by Andy Mark Simpson and was Produced by Tyneside company 4th Dimension Entertainment - Vicky Harrison, Garry Douglas and Richard Reay.
